Create a Vibes proudly announced their initial lineup for the Mighty High Mountain Festival in Tuxedo NY at the Lightning Ridge Ski area. Typically one of the first outdoor festivals of the season, Mighty High returns for another year of greateful good times.

92.9 FM Boston and Whole Foods markets announces the lineup for this year's Earthfest taking place in Boston at the DCR Hatch Shell on May 19th, 2012. In addition to amazing main stage bands there will be a children's music stage, environmental vendors, and all sorts of green acitivies.

Once again Memorial Day weekend Camp Kee Wa Nee will be the place to be. StrangeCreek festival will once again feature Strangefolk, Max Creek, New Riders and many of your favorites. This year's lineup is also chock full of newbies, including Toubab Krewe, Donna the Buffalo, Van Martin, Rhythm Inc, and others. Multiple stages, craft and food booths, children's activities and play area, all combine for a vibe that is truly Worm! The folks at the Wormtown trading company have gone all out again this year, and StrangeCreek will be an amazing festival.

The Midwest's flagship spring time festival is once again returning to Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe IL in late May signaling the real arrival of festival season in the north. Returning once again are moe and Umphrey's McGee along with scores of other bands from around the US for the annual face melting that is Summer Camp. Sexfist has just recently been added to the bill as the latest bit of information to leak out about the schedule.

In the last ten years, the Ribfest has become quite the excuse for Americans to go out and indulge their appetites and to feed their ears with high quality music. Around the country Ribfest events have been popping up all over from Naperville IL to Duncan NE to Huntington WV. The latest Ribfest on the radar is the Rock, Ribs and Ridges festival scheduled for June 9 and 10 in Vernon NY. The lineup is a great combination of regional favorites and classic rock royalty.

Midwestern Jam travelers Strange Arrangement are hosting the Stranger Danger Music festival. The two day indoor climate controlled festival will feature two stages, easily accessible food and beverage hospitality, and over 25 bands. Two nights of Strange Arrangements of course, and many other high quality midwestern and national bands will be on the bill. Do you love festivals but don't like camping in the mud and fighting traffic and dust? Stranger Danger is for you.

Last year saw the innaugural launch of the Electric Forest festival. This event sprang from the ashes of the Rothbury festival that had been in the same sleepy Michigan hamlet in previous years, and featured a more electronic bend to the artist schedule. This year marks the return of the event, and also marks the inclusion of curated events, bringing something for fans to enjoy to the weekend in addition to a long list of artists and a great music and camping festival. Green River Music Festival
Greenfield MA
One of the flagship festivals of New England just announced their lineup, the Green River Music Festival. In recognition of the 100th birthday of Woodie Guthrie, the programmers at the event have constructed a lineup that is reflective of the heritage and music of Guthrie, as well as the music that is reflective of the arts and culture of the Pioneer Valley. The festival, held at the campus of Greenfield Community College and nestled near the banks of the Connecticut River in this northern MA town, will feature Arlo Guthrie and his family, as well as amazing bands from locals like the Alchemystics to cajun king CJ Chenier.
