Our jazz funk favorites are coming to the Northeast this week and next and we are psyched!
They will be celebrating the release of two albums, More Mr Nice guy on Owl Studios and Discovery that is released by Moog. Shows will touch most parts of the Northeast with the main events being in Boston, NY, Pittsburgh and several festival appearances.
In the last year the band has only hit the Northeast once, with a clandestine late night appearance at the Wormtown Music festival, which was epic. This tour will be a bit more extensive and ought to see the band stretching out on their material.
Garaj Mahal will be turning their attention toward the West Coast in October playing in Portland OR, Arcata CA and the SF Jazz festival OCT 13-15. In November they will be heading down to Florida for two shows at the Bear Creek Music and Arts festival in Quincy Fla. So Northeasterners, this is your best chance to catch the band.
